The Kids “Halloween Costume Photo Contest” is an online contest on MORE 104.9 – that will occur from Monday, October 17th at 6am through Monday, October 31st at 11:59pm. During this time, listeners will be able to submit a photo of their child/children dressed in a Halloween costume. After the submission period, listeners will be able to view all submissions and vote up to once per day for their favorite photo between Tuesday, November 1st at 6am through Sunday, November 6th at 6pm. The top 10 photos with the most votes will each win a voucher for 1 day pass to Arnolds Park Amusement Park for the 2023 season, valued at $34.95. In the event multiple photos receive the same number of winning votes, SRG will conduct a tie-breaker with a random drawing between those entries to determine a winner. Listeners may enter their photo online at more1049.com by completely filling out the entry form and uploading a photo on the contest page. The photo must be of their child/children dressed up and taken by the person submitting the photo. Multiple entries by an individual will disqualify all entries by that individual. Only one registration/photo per person. Winners will be announced on Monday, November 7th at 9:50am and contacted by phone or email. Prize is not transferable for cash and winner is responsible for any local, state or federal taxes. Images submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. No one else may have, or can claim, legal rights to the image. If there is a “minor” (a child or person under the age of 18) in this image, the entrant must certify that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the minor (child or children) in the image. Any misrepresentation of ownership of the submitted image, or legal guardianship of the minor in the submitted image (if any), will be grounds for disqualification of the contest and potentially all future contests or promotions with Des Moines Radio Group. Entries containing inappropriate images will be disqualified. Spencer Radio Group has final say of what content is appropriate for the website and has absolute discretion over the eligibility of an image entry. No indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, no material containing nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest, you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third-party ownership rights exist to the image. If the image contains people, by submitting such image you agree to have the rights necessary to consent or submit on behalf of those in the image.

Spencer Radio Group contests are open to all eligible listeners in within northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota 18 or older have not won anything on and SRG station in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of the Spencer Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of any Spencer Radio Group station’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
Note: 18 is the default age. You can allow younger participants but it must be stated. If an alcohol sponsor is involved, then age must be changed to 21 or older.
