News and Weather Announcer:

I am excited to announce that I have joined the Spencer Radio Group and look forward to serving this wonderful community. My goal is to provide you with news and weather updates that inform, educate, and keep everyone safe.

I grew up in northwest Iowa near Ayrshire and graduated in 2022 from Ruthven-Ayrshire High School. After high school, I attended Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville, where I studied Digital, Social, and Broadcast Productions. My journey in radio began before college, as I gained hands-on experience working part-time in the industry.

I’m a huge NASCAR fan. I’ve attended Kansas Speedway three times 2017, 2019, and 2021 and was a part of history attending the first-ever NASCAR Cup Series race at the Iowa Speedway, which was won by my favorite driver, Ryan Blaney (who I’ve met twice and talked over the phone once). 2023 NASCAR CUP SERIES CHAMPS!!!

I have a strong passion for weather, and I encourage you to share any photos, reports, or stories you may have. Please feel free to reach out to me at phazelett@spencerradiogroup.com.

Thank you for welcoming me to the Spencer Radio Group—I look forward to connecting with you all!
