12 Days of Christmas Contest Rules

MORE 104.9 is celebrating the “12 Days of Christmas” Monday, December 8th through Tuesday, December 23rd.  Once a day, Monday through Friday, the listener has to be the 10th caller at 712-580-1049 or 888-240-1049 and sing us the correct verse for the number of day it is, they win the prize of the day from a sponsor.  If not, MORE 1049 will continue taking calls after that until there is a winner.  There will be a total of twelve winners.  Listeners may only win one time, and only one winner per family/household.

No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.  MORE 1049’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize within 30 days of winning.  Winner must redeem prize at our studios and must be used within sixty days.  The winner is responsible for any local, state or federal taxes that may occur.  MORE 104.9 is not responsible for any technical or phone difficulties.  Must be at least 18 years of age to enter and win.  Full contest rules can be viewed on more1049.com.

All MORE 104.9 contests are open to all eligible listeners in the northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota coverage area 18 or older who have not won anything on any Spencer Media Group station in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of MORE 104.9, the Spencer Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the SMG main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
