Free Gas Frenzy Contest Rules

On Friday, April 15th, 2022 – BIG Country 107.7 and MORE 104.9 will conduct the “Free Gas Frenzy” promotion sponsored by Cargo Express in Spencer.  On Friday, April 15th only, between 8am – 5pm, listeners can stop into Cargo Express in Spencer, fill out a registration blank and leave in the registration box for the chance to win one of two prizes: $107 in free gas; or $104 in free gas.  No purchase necessary.  Listeners may only register one time.  On Monday, April 18th – SRG will randomly draw one name from all entries to win $107 in free gas; and another random name from all entries to win $104 in free gas.  SRG will notify both winners and make arrangements for them to redeem their prize.  Winners will be presented with a gift card in the amount they won to utilize at the gas pump.  SRG or Cargo Express is not responsible for the gift cards once redeemed by the winner.  The winner is responsible for any local, state or federal taxes that may occur.  For complete rules, go to www.bigcountry1077.com or www.more1049.com.

All MORE 104.9 contests are open to all eligible listeners in the northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota coverage area 18 or older who have not won anything on any Spencer Radio Group station in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of MORE 104.9, the Spencer Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the SRG main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
