Halloween Coloring Contest Rules

BIG Country 107.7 and MORE 104.9 is conducting the “Kids Halloween Coloring” contest starting October 9th through October 26th, 2023. There will be three age categories: ages 4 and under; ages 5-7; and ages 8-10. The coloring photo pages are available on www.more1049.com and www.bigcountry1077.com to download and print in each category. All finished coloring submissions must be submitted on the website by Friday, October 20th at 5pm.

Beginning Saturday, October 21st through Thursday, October 26th – listeners will be able to vote for their favorite submissions. Listeners will be able vote up to one time per day. Voting will end Thursday, October 26th at 5pm. The entries with the most votes in each category will win a $50 gift basket from Heartland Pet Resort. All three winners will be announced on Saturday, October 28th during the Halloween Pet Costume Contest at the Southpark Mall, at 1pm. Winners will also be announced on BIG Country 107.7 and MORE 104.9 the following Monday, October 30th.

Only one coloring page entry per person. The three winners will be notified by phone. Listeners will be competing with listeners from other Spencer Radio Group stations for the same prize. This prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Winner will be responsible for any taxes and fees that may occur. Full contest rules are available at bigcountry1077.com or more1049.com.

Images submitted must be the coloring page in the proper category downloadable from the website. No one else may have, or can claim, legal rights to the image. The person submitting the entry must certify that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the child. Any misrepresentation of ownership of the submitted image, or legal guardianship of the minor in the submitted image (if any), will be grounds for disqualification of the contest and potentially all future contests or promotions with Spencer Radio Group. Spencer Radio Group contests are open to all eligible listeners in within northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota 18 or older have not won anything on and SRG station in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of the Spencer Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of any Spencer Radio Group station’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
