ONEREPUBLIC IN MADRID FLYAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

From September 22, 2025 at 12:00am to October 12, 2025 at 11:59pm, go to www.more1049.com to fill out a registration for the chance to win a trip for two to see OneRepublic perform in Madrid, Spain on Friday, November 14, 2025. Trip includes: Round trip airfare for 2 from nearest international airport on 11/13/25; Hotel for 3 nights 11/13 & 11/14 & 11/15. Flight back to the US on 11/16/2025. Departure/return flight dates may change/be updated from currently specified dates due to availability. (ARV: Approximate Retail value is $3,000= airfare + cost of three-night hotel stay + concert tickets. Final retail value will vary based upon hotel, airport, time of flights and other factors.) Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from airport in the US, any and all road tolls, parking fees and any and all transportation to and from airport to hotel to concert venue in Madrid, Spain plus any extra hotel charges. Winner may be required to furnish a credit card upon check-in at the hotel for any possible incidentals.

1 winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants on 10/13/25 and will be notified by phone.

Winner and guest must have a valid US Passport with an expiration date on or after 2/16/2026. In the event the winner does not have a valid US passport, they and guest will be responsible for any and all fees and expedited process costs associated with acquiring one before the trip.

MORE 104.9 will conduct this contest concurrently and simultaneously with other affiliated radio stations, and in various states. Listeners of MORE 104.9 will, therefore, be competing with listeners of other radio stations to win the same prize. Winner will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert organizer. MORE 104.9 and Saga Communications, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any event cancellations or rescheduling or flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling. No purchase necessary. In the case of any query or discrepancy, the winner will ultimately be decided at the sole discretion of Saga Communications, Inc.

The winner will receive the prize in November 2025 when the trip takes place. The winner will be required to fill out all paperwork prior to flights being booked, including the station’s prize release form and W-9. Winner and guest must have a valid United States Passport with an expiration date on or after 2/16/2026. In the event the winner and/or guest does not have a valid US Passport, they will need to apply for one, that they need to request expedited processing (for an additional fee), so as to have it processed quicker than usual. Winner is responsible for all fees associated with their passport(s).

MORE 104.9 contests are open to all eligible northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota residents who live or work within 75 miles of our transmitter, are 18 or older who have not won anything on MORE 104.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

One entry, per person, per day in within a 75-mile radius of Spencer, Iowa into the contest. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
Employees of MORE 104.9, its advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the MORE 104.9 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and their spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary. MORE 104.9 sole responsibility will be to award the prize. MORE 104.9 will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
