Spencer, IA (KICD) — The Spencer Police Department is asking drivers to be wary of an accident near Goat Hill. 

The department says there is an accident in the 4600 block of Highway 71. The accident had originally closed Highway 71, however it was reopened at around 9:10 A.M.

The Department says there is an accident in the 4600 block of Highway 71. Due to the accident it is being asked that you use an alternate route as Highway 71 is temporarily closed.
