Emmetsburg, IA (KICD)– The Emmetsburg Community School District will have a new Superintendent next year, an educator from within the local area.
Cory Jenness currently serves as Elementary Principal and Curriculum Director for Sibley Ocheyeden School. He tells KICD News he likes developing teams and helping each individual employee to achieve their potential.
Jenness says the Emmetsburg district feels like a good fit.
The school board interviewed four finalists for the position. Cory Jenness takes over as Emmetsburg Superintendent July 1st.
