Spencer, IA (KICD) – Northwest Financial Corporation has a new President and CEO at the helm.

Founders Dwight and Neal Conover announced Tuesday  Greg Post, who started as a mortgage loan officer in 1989, has been promoted to the job.

Post tells KICD News the 2020 strategic plan went out the window with the pandemic, but employees willing to pivot and jump into new duties where they were needed led to a successful year of growth.

Post says the new corporate headquarters in Spencer is complete and Northwest financial Corp intends to keep adding staff as the business expands.
