Moline, IL (KICD) — A recall has been made on lawn tractors.

It was announced that the recall is on John Deere model D105 lawn tractors. the affected units have serial numbers that begin with 1GXD105. It’s estimated that around 25,000 of the units were sold at John Deere dealers, along with Lowe’s and Home Depot stores over a period of February 2016 through July 2017.

The big concerns are on the transmission, which could fail, that could lead to a risk of the tractor crashing. At this time, there have been no injuries reported as a result of the units.

Anyone that may have a John Deere model D105 lawn tractor, is asked to contact your local Deere service dealer. You can see details on the unit recalls by going to deere.com.
