Spencer, IA (KICD) — With a vacancy on the Clay County Board of Supervisors the Clay County Republican delegates chose a nominee for the position out of 9 possible candidates Thursday.
KICD news spoke with the Republican nominee Kevin C. Brown and he says he wants to get into the position in order to give back at the county level.
When asked about how he would run the position, Brown stated that fiscal conservatism was important to him.
