Spirit Lake City Council Enters into Urban Development Agreement with Dickinson County

Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)– The Spirit Lake City Council entered into an urban development agreement with Dickinson County Tuesday evening hours after the Board of Supervisors gave approval on its end.

City Administrator Greg Owens told the council this move will allow for faster development of the land that was annexed into the City of Spirit Lake minutes earlier.

The area involved in the annexation and agreement is the Mueske Subdivision, also known as The Dwellings, on the south end of town.
