Spencer, Ia (KICD) – Storm Lake hosted their Cross Country meet on Tuesday.
In the Girls race, Harlan’s Lindsey Sonderman won with a time of 19:11 flat with Spencer’s Peyton Morey placing 4th with a time of 20:10.84. MOC-Floyd Valley won the Girls team title with 70 points with Spencer 4th, Storm Lake 9th, and Spirit Lake 10th.
In the Boys race, Brandon Hughes won with a time of 16:24.3 with Storm Lake’s Luiz Martinez 2nd at 16:35.19. MOC-Floyd Valley won the team title with 66 points, Spirit Lake was 2nd, Spencer 3rd, Storm Lake 4th and Cherokee 10th.
