Tiger Girls Swimmers Continue Home Win Streak


The Spencer Girls Swim team hosted Algona on Monday.

The Spencer 200y Medley Relay team of Emily Quanbeck, “Lily Gross, Ella Kasperbauer, and Brooklyn Ferguson took 1st with a time of 2:01.67. Kamdyn Van Gelder of Spencer was 1st in the 200y Freestyle with a time of 2:19.86. Fergusen would win the 50y Freestyle for the Tigers with a time of 25.77 seconds. Spencer’s Kazhmyr Menough would win the 100y Butterfly with a time of 1:18.81. Van Gelder would pick up another win in the 500y Freestyle with a time of 6:19.74. The Spencer 200y Freestyle Relay team of Ferguson, Emma Storms, Gross, and Quanbeck won with a time of 1:49.56. Quanbeck too the 100y Backstroke for the Tigers with a time of 1:06.53. Spencer’s Gross won the 100y Breaststroke with a time of 1:10.7, and the Spencer team of Quanbeck, Storms, Gross, and Ferguson won the 400y Freestyle Relay with a time of 4:13.46.
