Peterson, IA (KICD) — An art, wine and food festival is returning to Peterson.

The 6th annual Vinestock Wine & Arts Festival will be taking place at Kirchner Park in Peterson Saturday, October 3rd from 10-am to 4-pm. The event formerly known as the Hiney Wine Fest, has an estimated crowd of 3,000 in attendance, according to Spencer Radio Group President and General Manager Dave Putnam. He says the event has become one of the top festivals in the state of Iowa, and with the growth in both vendors and attendance, it was felt that it was time to change the name.

It’s anticipated over 80 vendors will be at this years festival, featuring many different products. Live music will also be featured at the Vinestock Festivall. Anyone wanting to be a vendor in this years event, is asked to contact Spencer Radio Group Sales Manager Stephanie Heide at 712-262-1240
