Zippers to remain closed

Milford, IA (KICD) — A business that burnt down has learned its fate as far as the potential for re-opening.

Milford city zoning will likely keep Zippers Gentlemans Club closed for good.

A fire on April 9th was the cause for the closing when the building was deemed a total loss.

Milford City Clerk Carrie Funk talked with KICD about the zoning ordinances.

Milford’s current zoning ordinances do not allow for any sexually-oriented businesses in any of the zoning districts.
