Arnolds Park, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The General Contractor on the new Arnolds Park City Complex says they are exactly on schedule. Korry Hansen from Hausmann Construction said they were running ahead until the week of December 1st.

Hansen tells KICD News the amount of above-groundwork depends on how much work they can complete below-ground.

The public will then see the complex completed started closest to Highway 71.

The biggest unforeseen issue in the construction of the new Arnolds Park city complex so far is the unavailability of white brick that had been approved for trim work.
City Councilman John Adams attended a construction update meeting Thursday and expressed his appreciation with the professional job the architect and contractors have done up so far.
