Brad Bolyard Announces Candidacy

Spencer, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — Brad Bolyard is the second candidate to announce for Spencer city council. He’s long attended the meetings, and says now that he’s retired, he’d like to serve.

 

Bolyard says if elected to the at-large council seat he’d work to get city employees the resources they need to do their jobs.

That’s Brad Bolyard, announcing his candidacy for the At-Large council seat that will be on the November election in Spencer. The filing period is August 25th through September 18th.
