Entrepreneurs invited to The BIG Challenge

(northwestiowanow.com) — Have a dream to start or grow a business. A new regional grant competition called The BIG Challenge is offering a total of $10,000 in prize money. The contest is a team effort organized by Iowa’s West Coast Initiative, Northwest Iowa Developers, and the Siouxland Economic Development Corporation as well as economic development organizations in Lyon, Monona, O’Brien, Osceola, Plymouth, Sioux, and Woodbury counties.

Entrepreneurs are encouraged to build, innovate, and grow their businesses right here in our communities. Submissions are open now through September 28th at iawestcoast.com.

The final event November 20th will be in Le Mars at The Wells Visitor Center & Ice Cream Parlor. First place will receive $5,000, second place $3,000, and third place $2,000 to help grow their business.
