Spirit Lake, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors has approved an increase in building permit fees. Zoning Administrator Megan Kardell says it’s the first increase in a quarter century after the county’s expenses have continued to rise.
The fees now range from $50s for a structure valued at $500 or less to a top fee of $825 for a home valued at over a one million dollars.
