Indecent Exposure Incident

STORM LAKE, IA (Northwestiowanow) — An investigation into an indecent exposure incident at a local retail store resulted in the arrest of an Early man.

The Storm Lake Police Department says it received a report on Wednesday, June 10th describing an incident that allegedly occurred the previous day around 11 a.m. at the Goodwill store in Storm Lake.

According to police, a customer reported seeing a man expose himself to a female patron while inside the store.  Authorities reviewed surveillance footage and identified the suspect as 78-year-old James Kisner of Early.  Kisner was taken into custody without incident on June 11 and charged with indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor.

He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
