Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Spencer businessman Tom Nelson announced this week he will be seeking another term as Ward One Councilman.   He tells KICD News there’s a lot of unfinished business. Nelson says he has supported projects aimed at growing Spencer’s business and population base. Nelson chairs the city council park committee, and says while parks are not a necessity, they do add to a community’s quality of life.
