In the girl’s race, Hinton’s Stella Riediger won with a time of 21:05.39. West Monona’s Chloe Broer was 2nd at 21:29.25. In 3rd was Rachel Putze of WC/K-P/RV with a time of 22:26.38. Hinton had Mesa Zellmer in 4th at 23:50.77. Siouxland Christian of Sioux City’s Hope Irvin was 5th at 24:10.29.
MMCRU was led by Annika Juhl in 11th with a time of 25:46.3.
Hinton won the team title with 4 in the top 10, scoring 36 points. Siouxland Christian of Sioux City was 2nd with 65 and WC/K-P/RV took 3rd with 68. MMCRU was 5th.
For the boy’s race, Lawton-Bronson’s Ethan Buffington won with a time of 19:20.74. West of Sioux City’s Henry Fisher took 2nd at 19:49.96. Jace Brown of Siouxland Christian took 3rd at 19:56.42. WC/K-P/RV went 4 and 5 with Devin Metcalf running 20:00.65 and Boston Baker at 20:09.97.
