Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Special Designated Days are back this year at the Clay County Fair.

CEO Jason Brockshus says – a NEW day will be sponsored by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship.

 

 

Other Agriculture specific days are FFA Day, Iowa Corn and Farmers Appreciation Day, and Iowa Dairy Day.

ILEC sponsors Day One, then there are Senior Day, Disability Awareness Day, and First Responders Day.

The Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association brings back Music Day on Thursday.

 

 

And the Iowa Lakes Community College and ISU Extension makes the second weekend of the fair an educational opportunity with Science Saturday.

 

 

Day Number one – Saturday September 12th – is also Iowa Vs. Iowa State Game Day so you should wear the approprite attire.
