Weekend Girls Wrestling Results: 11/22/25

Here are Girls High School Wrestling Results from over the weekend.

Holstein, Ia (Northwest Iowa Now) – Pocahontas Area, Sheldon/South O’Brien, Sibley-Ocheyedan, Spencer, and Spirit Lake/Park attended the Ridge View Girls Invitational on Saturday.

Spencer’s Kiara Ruiz won at 100.

At 105, it was Cassie McKeen of Spirit Lake taking 1st and Madison Stickrod of Spencer in 2nd.

Jada Mingus-Alfaro of Spencer took 2nd at 115.

Spencer’s Riley Nehman was 2nd at 125.

At 130, Sheldon/South O’Brien’s Charlee Kruger took 2nd.

Kyiah Logan of Spencer was 2nd at 140.

Lewis Central of Council Bluffs won the team title with 190.5, Fort Dodge was 2nd with 138.5, and Ridge View took 3rd with 136.5.  Spencer was 5th, Sheldon/South O’Brien 14th, Spirit Lake/Park 15th, and Sibley-Ocheyedan finished 17th.


Emmetsburg, Ia (Northwest Iowa Now) – Emmetsburg hosted the Lady E-Hawk Wrestling Tournament on Saturday with GTRA/ELC, Okoboji/HMS, and West Bend-Mallard attending from the KICD 9-County Area.

At 105, Okoboji/HMS’s Adalee Leman was 2nd with Katerine Scott of GTRA/ELC taking 3rd.

Terra Swedin of GTRA/ELC won at 110.

GTRA/ELC’s Trista Guinn was champ at 115.

At 120, Taylor Thayer of Emmetsburg took gold with Myla Fisher of GTRA/ELC in 2nd and Addilyn Plathe of Okoboji/HMS 3rd.

Bonita Jordan of GTRA/ELC was 3rd at 125.

Taking 2nd at 130 was GTRA/ELC’s Addaley Girres.

At 140, GTRA/ELC’s Isabelle Harris was 2nd.

Emmetsburg’s Paytn Haack was 3rd at 145.

Harper Manwarren of GTRA/ELC would take 2nd at 170.

At 235, Okoboji/HMS’s Jenessa Gates was 1st and Emmetsburg’s Montana Wilson took 2nd.

Central Lyon/George-Little Rock took the team title with 266 points, GTRA/ELC was 2nd with 223, and Humboldt finished 3rd with 168.  Okoboji/HMS was tied for 5th with Garner-Hayfield/Ventura and Emmetsburg finished 8th.
